I finally managed to get this IHP done - it´s attached for general use thru your great ASW15 forum.

When making this available to the crowd please add the below comments notes regarding adaptation to specific requirements.

Cheers,

Dirk

Comments:
- This "sample IHP" has been completed specifically for an ASW15B w/o water bags, cg hook only, private non- training use. And is approved.
- When adapting this to your needs: be meticulous
- Read the comments on the leading pages line by line. And obey them!
- Tricky: The footer (section 3) contains callsign, revision and date and isn´t automatic!
- Check carefully whether the manuals refenced in here apply to your S/N as well as to the eauipment installed on your plane
- Check whether you do have these manuals. Google helps a great deal, however I can supply the ones listed in here, if need be
- If your airplane is used for training you will need to fill section 3.4
- If your airplane is equipped with winglets or any other non standard goodies you will need to fill section 3.5
- Section 3.2 is money on your bank, since it exempts you from hook overhaul every 4 years, ASI and ALT overhaul every 5 years, belt overhaul every 12 years and scaping good l´Hotellier´s every 10 years (up to 3000 hrs)! These parts will now be "on condition" and you can use them as long as your "Prüfer" or "LTB" checks and approves them anually. Good stuff!
- Don´t blame the LBA - these guys (especially Mr. Glauser!) are very helpful and support us more than they would need to!
- Have Fun!

Is there an English translation of the manual?

Hi
I had very recently read Jim L's message as was intent on sending him the BGA SDMP when you beat me to it. However I now attach a more recent issue as applicable to the ASW15. There has of course been a number of changes in the requirements on the derogations since the original issue

PS - I was the owner who sent the the file that is on the BGA website to them

Regards

Andrew
