Hi Greg,

Welcome at the asw15 site.

I did my 15 by Novak in Slovenia: http://www.gliderservice-novak.si/
I am very happy with the results; some say it's more beautiful then she came out of the factory. Novak has a lot of experience and high quality. When stripped they do an extensive check on your 15. Also afterwards, you get a CD with pictures of the overhaul process.
Since you are living in Belgium, I advise you to contact Peter Jansen of SCT at Terlet, Arnhem the Netherlands. ( http://www.terlet.nl/sct/ ) He can help you with the paper work.
Also you're welcome to check the results at my plane. Mine is also stationed at Terlet.

(and no, I don't get money from Novak for this publicity  )
