Gross Weight

I hope this isn't a repeated question. The gross wight listed in the Operations Manual is 700lbs but the Specifications Section list the gross weight at 900lbs, a 200# difference. Was there a gross weight increase in the later models?

The ASW 15B could carry 200 additional lbs of water in wing ballast tanks.  Otherwise 700 lbs was the gross weight of all models sans water.
