Glider Manual
« on: 24 October 2004, 01:06 »
Hi Johan,
I have a somewhat awckward question. A friend of mine, who also ownes a ASW15 is trying to trick me into buying a share of his glider. Would you happen to have an online version of your 68's manual so I can read into the planes characteristics before he puts me into oneand hooks me onto the winch?
Cheers!

Maybe any good advice on buing a 15 from the other 15 owners/users on the forum?
Btw, Really like the winglets on Uwe's 2P.

Hi Riko

To quote: "Theres no right way to do the wrong thing", buying a 15 is the exception of this rule.  It's naughty to own and fly a 15 (even when you are talked in to it), but's big fun!

I will put the manual online this winter.

Cu at the cloudbase

Johan

The manual is downloadable. You can find it in the section "ASW15 facts & more" or click here.

It's a very nice booklet and can be used as a backup or replacement of your old crappy one.

Special thanks goes out to member "Riko" for his effort in this nice work.

Note: the manual is in german. If you have trouble understanding it, just copy paste that piece of text over here and there is always someone to help you out. (or try google translate)

To be a french speaking person with an very imperfect english (like me) is not very simple to understand german

Do you want to put an english version on the web? I have one. Maybe it's possible to arrange something.
