I dropped my ASW-15 (early model) off at Eastern Sailplane for some work.  I asked about being able to modify my early model to a "B" model.  This would be for the 200lbs Max take-off increase.  Sad to say.........Nope.  Can't be done.

a bit over weight and you can claim that everyone had fudge in their scales, but way over, and a rough day, toss in a bit too much  speed,  the snap, crackle, popp  you hear  won't be  Rice Krispies.  But I only know of one 15  that broke in the air.
