fuselage dimensions ASW15B vs ASW15
« on: 13 June 2017, 09:32 »
Hi all,
I ordered outside covers for my 15B but the company supplied for 15(a). They acknowledged they mistake for rudder (and elevator) cover. Now the question is about the fuselage cover. According to german wiki, the 15b has the fuselage 3 cm longer then 15(a). At which part is this change? May be cocpit area? And are there more differences (e. g. cockpit width)?
Thanks for your help.
Martin

I think it's at the rudder

The 15 b has a taller moving part than the 15 a

The rudder became 11 cm taller, while the cockpit grew 3 cm in length...
Read it somewhere. Bigger wheel, waterballast. The shape of the rudder changed more then once during the (not-so-called) 'A'- series.
Best regards
Jan
