Blank page on uploading images

I've been trying to add to my 15 Delta Charlie thread but now I can't load even one photo and just a minute ago could not post just words.  When this happens the site page goes blank and I am locked out.  If I try to log back in without leaving the site completely for a few minutes, it will not let me.  Very frustrating because I am trying to continually update my little story.  If we can't figure out why this is happening, I'm outta here.

First off all, if you're not reporting an error and I don't come a cross it, how could I possibly fix it? And please keep in mind, this website is maintained in my free time and I am paying for the server and domain.

I moved this website very recently to a new server and probably the upload and memory limits were set too low. I have tuned those settings, hopefully it's better now. Please let me know of issues.
