lx nav 3-in-1 Air Speed Indicator, pilot reports
« on: 26 June 2022, 17:00 »
Has anyone flown with this instrument?
I need to replace my airspeed, and this looks like a great way to reclaim some panel space. A/S and ALT look very good.

But I'm confused about the VSI-vario settings. Manual states, "Set to 100%, [for] compensated V/S or leave on 0 to have non-compensated V/S". Clever, and computers can be faster and more accurate than tubes, bottles and gears.

But does it really work? Any real world reports out there?
I've only spoken with one pilot that has it installed, and he says it's wonderful.
